Abstract: MassWorks calibrates both the mass position and the mass spectral peak shape. We can achieve the high mass accuracy on LC/MS by MassWorks, the mass error is less than 10 mu. Furthermore, the list of possible formulas can be greatly shortened through the Calibrated Line-shape Isotope Profile Search(CLIPS™). So we can exact identify the target molecular formula.
