肌苷的碱基N~1-位糖基化衍生物的基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱研究

  • 摘要: 环腺苷二磷酸核糖(cADPR)是一种重要的核苷酸衍生物,最近广泛地研究报道cADPR是Ca2+释放的激活剂。本文对cADPR的重要中间体肌苷的碱基N1-位糖基化衍生物进行了基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱测定,证明了所合成核苷化合物的正确性,相对误差小于0.1%
