ICP-MS法测定钢铁及合金中的砷锡锑铅铋

  • 摘要: 本文研究了应用ICP-MS法测定钢铁中微量杂质元素(As、Sn、Sb、Pb、Bi)的实验方法。考察了内标元素,试样溶解介质、酸度,分离、富集条件,样品基体等因素对测定结果的影响。用数学公式校正HCI对测定As的干扰。实验结果表明,用硝酸或王水溶解样品,In为内标元素,数学校正消除谱线及非谱线干扰,按此方法测定标准钢样中上述微量杂质元素所得结果与推荐值相吻合,RSD小于8%,可直接进行钢铁样品中"五害"元素的分析。

     

    Abstract: Determination of As, Sn, Sb, Pb and Bi in Steels and Super Alloys by ICP-MSSun Jing;Zhang Hongdu;Zhang Gongshu(Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences,Sbenysng 110015,China)Abstract:A procedure for determinating trace elements(AS,Sn,Sb,Pb,Bi)in steels and alloys by ICP-MS is described. Some experiments,such as the introduction of internal standard in to neglect the matrix suppression,the seperation and the preconcentration to improve the determination limits and the mathematical correction to eliminate spectral and other interference on As determination have been conducted.Several reference specimens were analysed by this method, and the satisfactory results which coincides with certified value in RSD≤8% were obtained.Therefore,it could suggest an accurate and fast method for measuring the five detrimental trace elements in practice.Keywords:ICP-MS, trace elements, steels and alloys
