Characterization of Phytohormones Methoxime and TMS Derivatives by Gas Chromatography Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 采用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱（GC-TOF MS）研究4种植物激素甲氧肟/三甲基硅基（TMS）衍生物的质谱裂解行为,探讨质谱碎片峰的裂解规律，列出每种化合物的质谱裂解特征，为该化合物的结构确证提供质谱依据。

Abstract: Methoxime and TMS derivatives of 4 phytohormones were investigated by gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOF MS). The fragmentation regularity of these compounds is proposed, and the characteristic fragment ions are pointed out to identify the compounds.
