The Analysis of Chemical Components in the Root of Asparagus Officinalis Linn Ⅰ.The Analysis of Unsaponifiables and Fatty AcidsLi Changxiu; Zhang Tieyuan; Li Huamin(Analytical & Testing Center,Beijing Normal University,Beijing 100875,China)Abstract:The unsaponifiables and fatty acids in the root of Asparagus Officinalis L. were analysed by using gas chromatography and GC/MS/DS.
