大气漂尘中多环芳烃的GC/MS研究

  • 摘要: 本文应用毛细管柱气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC/MS)对大气漂尘中的多环芳烃分析研究。漂尘样采集于玻璃纤维滤膜上,经CH2Cl2超声提取和凝胶硅胶柱二次分离后,由GC/MS测定,定性检出46种多环芳烃,并对9种主要多环芳烃定量分析。

     

    Abstract: The Research of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Airborne Particulates by GC/MSLi Xiaoxia; Du Wenhu(Instrumental Analysis Research Center, Northwestern)University, Xian 710069, China)Abstract:A capillary column GC/MS combination technique has been developed and utilized to measure PAH in airborne particulate samples. The samples were collected on glass fiber filters. The filters were ultrosonic-extracted using CH2Cl2,and extractable matter was isolated on silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The PAH fraction was concentrated and injected into the GC/MS system. More than 46 PAHs were identified and 9 PAHs were quantitated in air sample.
