Abstract: Mass Spectrometric Research on Glycyrrhetinic Acid and Its DerivativesLiu Yunai;Wang Cailan;Huang Wedung; Zhao Peng;Xie Qing;Chen Guangwu(Hensn Institute of Chemistry,Zhengzhou 450003,China)(Henan Teacher's University)(Paulownia lhatitute Of Ministry of Forestryl)(Henan Epidemic invention Station of Health)Abstract:In this paper the ElMS of 7 kinds of glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives were reported.The machanism of their mass spectral fragmentation has been studide by measurement of high resolution mass spsctrometry.The influence of varied substituents R2 on the mass spectra has also been investigated further.The molecular ions of compounds 2 and 6 were not presented at 20~15 eV in ElMS but a technique of fast atom bombardmentmass spectrometry (FABMS)has been successfully applied to mass spectric analysis of the two compounds.Keywords:glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives,EIMS,high resolution MS,FABMS
