ICP-MS在环境分析中的应用研究

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了ICP-MS测定河底积物中15种稀土元素和钍的方法.工作中就仪器的工作参数对被测元素的影响和常用的硝酸、盐酸以及高纯去离子水中杂质和工作气体产生的干扰进行了研究;讨论了ICP-MS和ICP-AES检测限的差异并与文献值比较。测量了标准物质和河底沉积物样品,所得结果与推荐值吻合较好。

     

    Abstract: The Application of ICP-MS to Environmental AnalysisLi Jinying(China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing 102413,China)Abstract: A method of determination of REE and Th in sediment by ICP-MS has been developed. The influences of instrumental parameters and HNO_3,HCI and argon gas on REEand Th were studied. The difference of DL between ICP-MS and ICP-AES was discussed,and compared them with those in literature.
