固-液相混和基体辅助激光解吸电离质谱法

  • 摘要: 本文尝试用固-液相二元混合基体辅助激光解吸电离,取得较理想的结果。在355um的激光波长下,使用3-硝基苄醇和芥子酸作混合基体,可提高灵敏度、质量分辨率和改善谱图重现性。

     

    Abstract: Solid-Liquid Phase Mixed Matrices Assisted Laser Desorption lonization Mass Spectrometry(MALDI-MS)Zhao Shankai;Zhu Zhihua(Instrumentation Analysis & Research Centre,Zhongshan University,Guangzhou 510275,China)Received Abstract:Solid-liquid binary mixture used for matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization of peptides and proteins at 355 nm are described.By the use of mixed matrices composed of a solid-phase matrix(sinapinic acid)and a liquid-phase matrix(3-nitrobenzyl alcohol),the resolution,sensitivity and reproducibility of the obtained mass spectra can be improved.Keywords:matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization,solid-liquid binary mixed matrices,protein,molecular weight determination
