甾醇及其衍生物的质谱学规律(Ⅲ)5α-饱和甾核-甾醇乙酸酯、4-甲基-5α-饱和甾核-甾醇乙酸酯和△~4-3-甾酮的质谱特征

摘要: 在研究海洋甾类化合物的过程中，本文总结了５α－饱和甾核－甾醇乙酸酯、４－甲基－５α－饱和甾核－甾醇乙酸酯和△４－３－甾酮的质谱中最重要碎片峰的裂解机理和这些甾美化合物的质谱学规律。

Abstract: The Regular Patterns of Mass Spectrometry of Sterols and Related Derivatives(Ⅲ) Mass Spectrometric Fragmentation Typicality of 5α-Saturated Nucleus-Steryl Acetate,4-Methyl-5α-Saturated Nucleus-Steryl Acetate and △~4-3-KetoneZeng Zhi;Zeng Longmei;Wan Yiqian(Department of Chemistry,Zhongshan University,Guangzhou 510275,China)Received Abstract:In the studies on the marine steroids isolated from the South China Sea sponge and soft coral,we summerized the fragmentation mechanism of the most important peaks of mass spectrometry of 5α-saturated nucleus-steryl acetate,4-methya-5α-saturated nucleus steryl acetate and △4-3-ketone and the regular patterns of mass spectrometry of these steroids.Keywords:steroids,mass spectrum,fragmentation
