高纯稀土氧化物的火花源质谱定量分析

  • 摘要: 采用同位素稀释和相对灵敏度因子法相结合,定量分析了高纯稀土氧化物Tm2O3、Tb4O7和Eu2O3(纯度99.999%~99.9999%)中25种痕量稀土杂质与非稀土杂质元素,测定下限为0.0X~0.00Xμg/g,相对标准偏差在30%以内,其中Cu、Zn、Ba、Dy、Eu采用同位素稀释法分析,相对标准偏差均在10%以内。
