四苯基取代卟琳化合物的快原子轰击质谱研究

  • 摘要: 本文通过一系列四苯基取代卟啉类化合物的快原子轰击质谱(FABMS)研究,发现采用亚砜为基质时,较易获得分子离子峰;采用间硝基苄醇为基质时,对于其金属配合物结果较为理想。由此,对基质和化合物之间的关系以及作用的部分机理进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: FABMS Study of Tetra-phenyl Substitutde PorphyrinsBao Yanchu; Jiang Yanhao; Zhao Taonan; Yang Jihong(Center of Modern Analysis, Nanjing University, Nanjing 210093,China)Xu Zhen(Coordination Chemistry Instiute, Nanjing University)Abstract: From the FABMS study of a series of tetra-phenyl substituted porphyrin compounds, it was found that when certain kind of sulfoxides was used as matrix, the molecular ion peaks would apparently appear on spectra,and that when nitro-benzyl alcohol was used as matrix,the satistactory results would obtain for metal complex of the substituted porphyrins.
