Study on 2,3,5,6-Tetrachloro-4-methylsulfonylpyridine by Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用电子轰击离子阱质谱对2,3,5,6四氯4甲磺酰基吡啶(TCMSP)的裂解规律进行了研究。发现其质谱特征除了磺酰基与吡啶环相连的CS键的断裂和CCl键的断裂,还有伴随着氢重排的OC键断裂。对m/z231的碎片离子进行了二级质谱研究,推断了该碎片的结构。

     

    Abstract: 2,3,5,6-Tetrachloro-4-methylsulfonylpyridine are identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS); The fragment routes of characteristic are discussed on the basis of EI mass spectra. The characteristic of the compound is of C-S bonds fragmentation of sulphonyl groups, C-Cl bonds and O-C bonds fragmentation accompanied by hydrogen migration of methyl sulphonyl groups. The full scan MS2 spectra of fragment m/z 231 is obtained by ion trap mass spectrometry in a multi-stage tandem MS full scan mode. The characteristic fragments of m/z 231 are used to prove the structure of m/z 231.
