Abstract: The urine sample was prepared by routine screening procedure for anabolic steroids.A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) procedure described in this paper was applied to detect the metabolism of stenebolone in human urine.Based on the rule of anabolic steroids metoblize,ten metabolites were detected by comparing the blank urine with positive urine.The excretion curves of main metabolite was investigated.
