激光探针-质谱联用技术在同位素地球化学中的研究进展

  • 摘要: 本文综述激光探针-质谱联用技术在同位素地球化学中的最新进展。激光探针-质谱测定的δ18O和40Ar/39Ar定年结果表明,利用超净、超灵敏度的质谱计,可以进行高精度的同位素微区分析
