不同生长时间丛粒藻的正构烷烃、烯烃和双环萜烷的GC/MS研究

  • 摘要: 采用GC/MS研究了两种分别产于美国和法国不同生长时间的丛粒藻氯仿抽提物,发现同一生长时间的两种从粒藻具有相同的正构烷烃、直链烯烃和双环萜烷组成,并首次检测出C14、Cl5、C16双环萜烷及10种罕见的C20双环萜烷,这些双环萜烷的检出表明丛粒藻是地质体中某些双环萜烷的生源之一。在丛粒藻的生长过程中,随生长时间增加,直链烯烃逐渐向饱和烃转化,烯烃含量降低,低碳数正构烷烃含量增加,双环萜烷构型也发生变化。丛粒藻这种自身的成熟转化作用使丛粒藻的烃类组成更接近石油烃类。

     

    Abstract: GC/MS Study on N-Alkanes, Alkenes and Bicyclic Terpanes of Botryococcus braunii with Different Growing PeriodsSong Yitao;Li Shuqing(Institute of Geoscience of Shengli PetroleumAdministration, Dongying 257015, Shangdong, China)Received 1994-07-20Abstract:Having studied the chlorofom exatracts of Botryococcus braunii which produced inAmerica and France with different growing periods, the authors find two kinds of Botryococcus braunii, which had the same growing periods, had same N-alkanes, alkenes andbicyclic terpanes, and for the first time have determined C14, C15, C16 bicyclic terpane.This shows Botryococcus braunii is one of the original matter source of some bicyclic terpanes in the geologic body. In the growing process of Botryococcus braunii, with the increase of growing time the alkenes were gradually changed into the alkanes, the contentof alkenes was decreased, the content of N-alkanes with low carbon numbers was increased, and the structrues of bicyclic terpanes were changed too.
