电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定矿泉水中23种元素
Determination of 23 Elements in Drinking Natural Mineral Water by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 以 Sc、Ge、In、Bi作内标 ,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法 (ICP-MS)同时测定矿泉水中 2 3种元素。结果表明 ,方法的线性范围宽 ,线性相关系数均 >0 .999。测定 2 3种元素的相对标准偏差均低于 4.2 %。各元素的加标回收率均在 87.6%~ 1 1 0 .1 % ,测定 GSBZ5 0 0 9-88、GSBZ5 0 0 2 0 -93 (3 )和 GSB0 7-1 3 75 -2 0 0 1的标准参考物 ,测定值均在标准值范围内。该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确 ,适用于矿泉水中 2 3种元素同时测定。Abstract: Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to determine 23 elements in drinking natural mineral water by using Sc、Ge、In、Bi as an internal standard. The experimental results showed the linear correlative coefficient for all elements are higher than 0.999. Recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 87.6%—110.1% and precision was fine, RSD was lower than 4.2%. And the results showed close agreement with the reference values in three standard reference materials of GSBZ5009-88, GSBZ50020-93(3)and GSB07-1375-2001. It indicated that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can meet the demand for 23 elements analysis in drinking natural mineral water.
