气相色谱-质谱法分析到手香挥发油的化学成分

Study on Chemical Constituents in the Volatile Oil of Coleus amboinicus Lour. by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱 -质谱 (GC/ MS)技术和标准图谱检索对照的方法分离和鉴定到手香挥发油中各化学组分 ,用离子流色谱峰面积归一化法计算各化学成分的相对含量。共分离出 3 4种化合物 ,并鉴定其中 2 5种化合物 ,其相对含量占总挥发油的 98.62 %。到手香挥发油主要成分为香芹酚 (5 7.82 % )、β-石竹烯 (1 5 .2 4% )、γ-萜品烯 (1 0 .0 1 % )、α-佛手柑烯 (8.69% )、间伞花烃 (5 .65 % )、α-石竹烯 (2 .3 2 % )、氧化石竹烯 (1 .1 3 % )及它们的异构体等。

     

    Abstract: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oils of Coleus amboinicus Lour., the components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and matched with NIST library, the relative contents in percentage were calculated by peak area normalization method. The result showed more than 34 compounds were separated and 25 compounds were identified, accounting for 98.62% of the total content of the volatile oils of Coleus amboinicus Lour.. The main constituents are phenol, 2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl) (57.82%), β-caryophyllen (15.24%), γ-terpinen (10.01%), α-bergamotene(8.69%), m-cymene(5.65%), α-caryophyllen(2.32%), caryophyllene oxide(1.13%)and their isomers. These compounds are profitable to research the effectiveness of Coleus amboinicus Lour..
