Abstract: The Effect Factors on the Analysis of Hydrocarbon Types in Heavy Distillates of Petroleum by Mass SpectrometryZhao Tianbao;Lin Minling;Qian Maiyuan;Shi Fang(Fusun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals,Fushun 113001,China)Received Abstract:The influence of some conditions of mass spectrometer such as trap current detector voltage and the amount of sample on the accuracy and repeatability of the quantitative analysis are discussed.The results show that the repeatability can be reflected by the effect of sample amount and detector voltage to the result.The larger the adjustable range of the above two with stable results,the better the repeatability is.The effect of the trap current on the∑69/∑71 ratio of normal hexadecane is the most important.The ratio will increase with the trap current and within a certain range which is suitable and stable.Keywords:mass spectrometry,quantitative analysis,heavy distillates of petroleum,hydrocarbon types.
