用快原子轰击质谱研究醌式化合物Medermycin、G-15F和G-15G

  • 摘要: Medermycin、G-15F和G-15G三个化合物都有醌式结构。在底物甘油中,准分子离子为(M+3H)+,但在底物3-硝基苯甲醇(NBA)中,准分子离子为(M+H)+。本文用FABMS对此作了研究。

     

    Abstract: Study on the Quinone Compounds-Medermycin,G15-F and G15-G by FABMSYu Zhili;Lou Zhixian;Li Ping(Institute of Medicinal Biotechnology,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,Beijing 100050,China)Received 1994-05-16Abstract:In the present paper the quasi-moleculer ion of quinone compounds-medermycin,G-15F and G-15G was Measured.We have found that the quasi-moleculer ion in the glycerol matrix is not the same as in the 3-nitrobenzyl alcohol(NBA) matrix.They are(M+3H) +and (M+H)+ respectively.It probably resulted from the hydroquinone in the glycerol matrix of the FAB source.Keywords:quinone,medermycin,G-15F,G-15G,quasi-moleculer ion,matrix,glycerol,NBA,hydroquinone,FABMS
