气相色谱-质谱法分析无梗五加茎的挥发油成分

Analysis of Volatile Constituents of Stem of Acanthopanax sessiliforus (Rupr.et Maxim) seem. by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用同时蒸馏萃取装置 ,提取无梗五加 Acanthopanax sessiliforus( Rupr.et Maxim) seem.茎中挥发油 ,并用气相色谱 -质谱联用技术进行分析鉴定 ,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析 ,鉴定出 2 3种化学组分 ,占总挥发性物质总含量的 83 .1 7%。应用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量 ,同时蒸馏萃取法提取无梗五加茎的挥发油提取率为 2 .0 %。结果表明 :萜烯类及其氧化衍生物占较大比例 ,主要有金合欢醇 ( 1 9.42 %)、己酸 ( 1 3 .93 %)、( -) -桉油烯醇 ( 1 3 .1 0 %)、2 ,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 ( 6.41 %)、3 ,7,1 1 -三甲基 -2 ,6,1 0 -十二碳三烯 -1 -醇乙酸酯 ( 5 .73 %)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 ( 3 .62 %)等。

     

    Abstract: The volatile oil was extracted from Stem of Acanthopanax sessilifours (Rupr.et Maxim.) seem. by using simultaneous distillation and extraction. The content of the volatile oil was 2.0%. Thirty eight peaks were separated and 23 compounds were identified by capillary gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS) with column HP 5 (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μL). The relative content of the components were determined with area normalization method. The main components are Farnesol (19.42%), Hexanoic acid ( 13.93 %), ( ) Spathulenol (13.10%), Butylated hydroxyloluene (6.41%), 3,7,11 Trimethyl 2,6,10 dodecatrien 1 ol acetate (5.73%) and Dibutyl phthalate (3.62%).
