Abstract: Investigations on the EI fragmentation of nonionic surface active agentswere reported in this paper. Based on a series of main mass fragmentation,peaks, their intensity and the mass intervel between ion fragments, the maxi-mum m/e values, the type of condesation, the polymerization degree and themolecular weight of nonionic surface active agents can be determined.
