Abstract: The ~(13)C mass spectroscopy by single beam, the burning method of biolo-gical sample, the ~(13)CO_2 preparation method by inorganic phosphate and allC measuring technique are discribed. The all C and ~(13)C measuring accuracyand repetition, and ~(17)O isotopic abundance correction are discussed.
