大环Schiff碱配合物的API/MS分析

  • 摘要: 对新合成的大环Schiff碱-钠配合物(配体L的分子量为673),用电喷雾电离(ESI)及大气压化学电离(APCI)进行了质谱分析,并将其与快原子轰击(FAB)质谱分析结果进行了比较。结果表明,不同电离方式的质谱检测均能得到该配体与不同金属离子配合物的离子峰,但所得到的质谱图却明显不同。FAB质谱仅获得NaLH3+离子峰,而在ESI质谱图上有较强的LH4+离子峰;APCI质谱图上则还有Na2LH2+和Na3LH+离子峰

The results compared with the correspoding FAB/MSindicate that main species of the compound have been observed by these techniques butthe obtained spectra were different. The FAB/MS only gave a fragment of NaLH3+,while the ESI/MS gave an intense peak of LH4+.
