微米束离子聚焦系统的研究

A Study on the Micrometer Ion Beam Focus System

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了离子探针用微米束离子聚焦系统的设计方法,讨论了冷阴极双等离子体离子源、对称式三膜片静电双聚光镜系统、非对称式静电物镜、无象差双静电偏转式离子束扫描系统及12.6°磁分析器。本装置在加速电压为20千伏时,离子源亮度优于4.2×10~(10)毫安/米~2·立体角,阴极寿命超过1000小时,很易获得直径2~200微米的离子束。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the design methods of the focus system for micrometerdiameter ion beam are described. The douplasmatorn ion source of cold ca-thode, the double condenser system of the symmetrical three--aperture elec-trostatic lenses, unsymmetrical electrostatic objective lens, the ion beamscanning system of the double electrostatic deflection type without aberrtion,the magnetical analyzer with 12.6°are discussed. The device provides highbrightness of 4.2×~(10)mA/m~2·str at 20Kv, the lifetime of cathode for 1,000hours or more. The ion beams of 2-200 μm diameter are gotten easily.
