Three Hydrogens Rearrangement of 7-Piperazine-8-N-Quinolone

摘要: 简要讨论7哌嗪8N喹诺酮酸的质谱裂解规律。这些化合物包括吡哌酸(pipemidicacid)、依诺沙星(enoxacin)、丙依沙星(IMB86001)3种化合物,都有共同的特征离子M-42、M-44、M-68、M-86和m/z56。7哌嗪8N喹诺酮酸具有M-68特征离子,可能是来自三氢重排的结果。

Abstract: Characteristic fragment ions of 7-piperazine-8-N-quinolones as pipemidic acid, enoxacin, IMB-86001 in mass spectrometry were discussed. The results show that the spectra M-42, M-44, M-68, M-86 and m/z 56 are the common characteristic fragment ions in three compounds. The M-68 fragment ion probably results from a rearrangement of three hydrogens.
