Abstract: ESI-MS was used to optimize the Ephedra sinica refinement. The ratio of honey to drug is 20/100, and the ratio of water to honey is 1/2. The toast temperature is 80 ℃, and the toast time is 2 h. The change of Ephedra sinica after processing was given.
